Biologist and Msc in Food Identity - Technology and Marketing of Terroir Products - , I work as a consultant in projects for development in different countries, mainly focusing on food, agriculture and solidarity economy. I also hold an specialisation on biodynamic agriculture.

 

My professional experience focuses on research and development in organic production, food processing, commercialization and market acces, agricultural food chains, business management and group organization always taking in account a global approach of social, economic and environmental aspects.
